1. Overview

WC26 Scan is a sticker tracking app for the WC 2026 sticker album. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

2. Camera & Image Processing

The app uses your device camera to scan sticker numbers. All image processing is performed entirely on your device using Google ML Kit on-device OCR. No images or video frames are ever sent to any server or stored on your device by this app.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your sticker collection, including missing stickers, duplicates, and extra stickers, is saved locally on your device using standard Android storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it yourself. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted.

4. No Analytics or Advertising

WC26 Scan contains no advertising SDKs, no crash analytics tools, and no user tracking of any kind. We do not collect any usage statistics, device identifiers, or behavioral data.

5. In-App Purchases

Premium unlock and optional support purchases are handled entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase records are managed by Google according to their own privacy policy.

6. Future Account Feature

A future version of the app may offer an optional cloud account to sync your collection across devices. This feature is opt-in. If enabled, your sticker collection data would be stored securely on our servers. This policy will be updated before that feature launches.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app contains no account creation, social features, or data collection.

8. Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or using the Reset Album option in Settings.
